Spacebeam Corporation

Production-Grade Agentic AI Infrastructure

Spacebeam Corporation builds the Zerg platform — one species, two living arrangements: hosted at zergs.net (our hive) and self-hosted at wild.zergs.net (the wild, for AI sovereignty). The engine is built: ~130K+ lines first-party source, ~6,700 tests (10.3K Luna assertions), 0 open bugs. Now we ship.

One Product, Two Living Arrangements

ZERG (zergs.net) WILD ZERG (wild.zergs.net)
Our hive — we run the control plane The wild — you run everything
───────────────────────── ───────────────────────────
Control plane for agents on YOUR hardware Same engine, full sovereignty
Free → Pro ($19/mo) → Business ($39/user/mo) Community free → Pro → Business → Enterprise
User brings GPU, models, API keys Air-gapped capable, signed .ISO (Enterprise)
───────────────────────── ───────────────────────────
One species. Same engine. Same apps. Same skills.
"AI needs to be sovereign. Go wild."

Zerg at zergs.net is our hive — we run the control plane. You connect your machines via the Luna worker. Free for individuals, paid for power users and teams. You bring the GPU, models, and API keys. Zergs.net provides orchestration, observability, coordination. Like GitHub — one platform for hobbyists through businesses.

Wild Zerg at wildzerg.com (public; wild.zergs.net reserved) is the wild — you run everything via the wild blueprint (Apache-2.0). Same engine, same apps, full sovereignty. curl install for Community/Pro/Business, signed .ISO for Enterprise air-gapped deployment. For buyers who cannot tolerate vendor control: regulated industries, government, defense, healthcare, sovereign-AI mandates.

The engine behind both is a 4-service agentic AI orchestration platform built on Erlang/OTP — the technology that powers 40% of the world's telecommunications.

The Company

Company: Spacebeam Corporation Legal Structure: Costa Rica SRL (holding company, dormant until revenue justifies activation) Founded: 2024 Team: 1 founder (building toward revenue-funded hires) Funding: Bootstrap — no VC, no debt Infrastructure: Self-hosted on owned hardware with public IP (~$1/mo fixed cost)

Operating Model

  • Control plane hosted on owned hardware with public IP
  • ~$1 monthly fixed cost — every dollar of revenue is gross profit
  • Users bring their own GPU, models, and API keys — zero per-user cost
  • Dev machines (RTX 3090) for development, testing, and demos
  • Hire from revenue, not from funding rounds

Engine Architecture

Service Language Purpose Scale
Sol Erlang/OTP Swarm controller, saga engine, 167 HTTP routes, 108 gen_servers 295 modules, ~46K lines

Current Status

Phase 0: Ship Zerg — Internal/dev stack live on *.nonsense.ws; zergs.net is LIVE as the Nydus Network home (Zerg SaaS still invite-first waitlist). Phase 1: Validate — Customer conversations, demos, first signups. Phase 2: Build Wild Zerg — Bootable .ISO, first-boot wizard, zergctl, VM images, Helm chart (planned). Phase 3: Monetize — Zergbase Pro + Wild Zerg Enterprise motion (services + SaaS in parallel).

Infrastructure

  • Production deployed on blue (192.168.100.1): 85 supervised services + 9 one-shot under runit
  • Debian 13 trixie, Erlang 28, OpenResty TLS, ~50 site configs (LAN-only by default; api/share/dify/llm/luerl.org public)
  • Zergbase (MIT open-source infra panel) LIVE at zergbase.com + gitlab.com/spacebeam/zergbase — the funnel entry
  • Nydus Network LIVE (2026-08-06) — federation registry at nydus.zergs.net, blue registered as cluster #1
  • Control plane hosted on owned hardware with public IP
  • Dev machines: 3× RTX 3090 for development and demos
  • Users connect their own hardware via Luna worker + ZMQ
